We were surprised with a visit from Trevor, Caci & Jace on our anniversary ... and then to top it off, they took us to an ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT Sushi Bar . For two returned missionaries from Japan, it was a "dream come true" for our palates!
This plate doesn't show any sushi - but that's just because it was one of 3 plates I had on the table at that time!
Caci was a true sport! Any one of our kids would have chowed down at a sushi bar ... but Caci HATES fish and everything related to fish. So not only was she a good-sport about going to the Sushi Restuarant, but she even tasted a BEAUTIFUL piece of sashimi - just to make us all happy. I was certain that once she tasted it she'd be hooked.
She nearly gagged to death.
We came home to sweet notes and "Happy Anniversary" signs up from the other kids.
Thanks kids - for a great celebration!
